25 hours of live online training + 10 hours of guided self-study, detailed handouts (100 pages), practice recordings (30-day access), curated videos and articles, and structured homework for deeper integration.

How can I book a class ?

We recommend getting in touch directly with the teacher that is the closest to you. Please visit the "Teacher" page to find the person in your area.

Are there any online classes available?

Yes, we offer online classes with Fredee, who specialises in teaching online safely. You can join from the comfort of your home a live class. There are no recordings available for saftey reasons. We want you to be supervised by a teacher at all times.

What should I bring to my first class?

For most classes, comfortable clothes and a water bottle are all you need. Specific classes might require additional items, which will be communicated upon registration with the teacher.

I am a Teacher, how can I join the Collective ?

Yes, we are happy to hear from you! Please contact Julie ([email protected]) if you want to become part of our initiative and offer your services to a wider audience!

I am a teacher, how can I train as a Chair Yoga Teacher ?

We provide a 5 days training online. We are happy to take your registration. The next training starts in 2026.

I am a Charity and I want to train my staff, what should I do?

We have trained the staff of a few charities dealing with young adults with special needs, learning difficulties, mental health issues, substance use, etc... We are happy to hear from you. Please contact Julie to book a phone call so that we can quote you accordingly to your needs.

I am a retirement home and I want to train my staff, what should I do?

We offer specific training for retirement homes and estates. Your activity coordinator can get in touch with Julie for an evaluation of your public and needs
